Bridlewood Riding Centre is situated in pleasant rural surroundings in the county of Flintshire North Wales. Known as the gateway to Wales.
The stables enjoy a relaxed countryside location just outside Prestatyn with direct access onto the local Gronant, Talacre Beach along our own private bridle way.
The location allows for superb hacking over, nearby hillside routes with spectacular view on miles of open Beach. You can rest assured that all our rides are accompanied by qualified riders in order to ensure your own and your children's safety.
Our aim is to provide a safe riding environment so you can relax and take in the beautiful scenery and surroundings.
All visitors are greeted with a warm welcome at Bridlewood, we are happy for you to come and look around the Bridlewood Riding Centre at any time.
We are a family run business and we aim to provide fun and learning activities for both adults & children. We are a registered Pony Club Centre, Bridlewood Pony Club is a small, friendly, happy and successful centre; every member is warmly welcomed, valued and encouraged. Pony Club is on every Saturday and Sunday afternoons, Our members are encouraged to learn and improve their skills whilst gaining confidence. We are extremely proud of the achievements of our members across the disciplines.
We also train for Pony Club efficiency tests, achievement badges, mini achievement badges and riding and road safety badges and certificates.
Throughout school holidays and weekends we also run ‘Own A Pony Days’ which give your children the chance to learn about having their own pony and it’s a great way of socialising and learning how to ride and each child comes away with a certificate!
Pony Club Approved Centre
As a Pony Club Approved Centre, we can offer children without their own ponies access to all the benefits of the Pony Club enjoyed by branch members. As a Pony Club Centre Member, your child can work their way through over 30 different Pony Club Acheivement Badges, Pony Club Tests and Progressive Riding Tests using our ponies.
